Return Policy

At Common Walls Collective, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

    •    Returns must be requested and items postmarked within 7 days of delivery or pickup date.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    •    Items received after the 7-day return window will not be eligible for store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    •    Accessories

    •    Jewelry

    •    Hats

    •    Seasonal/Holiday items

    •    Sale or clearance items

    •    Preorder items
